Parnell Memorial Pipe and Drum Band seek new members as AGM approaches

The Parnell Memorial Pipe and Drum Band will hold their AGM at the RDA Hall in Rathdrum on Tuesday, May 14, commencing at 7pm
The band has practice sessions at the RDA Hall on Tuesdays from 7pm to 8.30pm and on Sundays from 11am to 1pm.
Membership is open to anyone interested in learning the bagpipes, side drum or tenor drum. You are welcome to just attend one of the practice sessions and see if you would be interested, no pressure.
Membership will not incur any financial cost and tuition and later uniforms and instruments are provided, but remain the property of the band and are to be returned on leaving. Records of all items issued are maintained by the band,
Members can learn at their own pace in a friendly but disciplined environment.
If any parents would also be interested in joining with the child or children, family membership is very welcome.
Anyone interested is also welcome to attend the AGM.
