Louise McSharry: The kids want co-ed, so why are so many Irish schools still single sex?
I was at a fifth birthday party last weekend when the conversation turned to schools. Our offspring attend preschool together, and will all be starting primary school in September. Emotions are running high, ahead of the transition. Parents’ emotions, that is.
